What we collect

Account details (name, email, mobile number, password in encrypted form), business details (company name, GST / Udyam number, address, pincode, location on the map, products, photos) and the inquiries you send or receive. We also keep basic technical logs such as IP address for security.

How we use it

To run your listing, show your business to nearby buyers, deliver inquiries, send account emails, prevent spam and fraud, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data or your inquiries to anyone.

Who can see your details

Your business name, city, products and mini-website are public. Your mobile number and email are private. A seller sees a buyer's full mobile number only after accepting that buyer's inquiry. A seller's number is shown in the PDF catalogue only if the seller turns that option on.

Service providers

We may use email delivery, maps and AI services to operate features such as notifications, location lookup and listing suggestions. Only the data needed for that feature is shared.

Your choices

You can edit your details at any time, and you can delete your account from Account settings. Deleting your account removes your listing, products and stock posts.
